Caroline Muñoz, Ph.DDr. Caroline Lego Muñoz is an Associate Professor of Marketing at University of North Georgia where she teaches Digital Marketing, Principles of Marketing, Content and Social Media Marketing. Dr. Munoz has published in numerous journals including the Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Marketing Education, Marketing Education Review, and Journal of Political Marketing. Recently, she has co-authored a book, #Share: How to Mobilize Social Word of Mouth (sWOM) (Business Expert Press, 2017). Her recent research has explored the integration of social media (Facebook, Wikis, and Google+) in education, social media curriculum for higher education and the role of social media in political campaigns. Currently, she is exploring how politicians use Instagram in political campaigning and the influence of Instagram on political evaluations.
